We’ve got another Chris Weitz on our hands! In a recent interview with E!Online – Eclipse jerk face human Jack Huston (aka Royce King II, Rosalie’s former fiancee) stated that he wouldn’t have a part in Eclipse if it wasn’t for Eclipse director David Slade writing his part in - There’s a chance we may never have met Royce and the small but meaty part may not have even existed were it not for David Slade taking a meeting with Huston.
“I went in to the director and he very sweetly wrote this part up for me,” the actor admits. “It was kind of a nice compliment from him.”
Confidence totally building right now with Mr.Slade! Glad to know that he is thinking of the fans, and what we want! Remember – there were certain scenes not originally in New Moon that Chris Weitz added in (Bella getting stitched up by Carlisle, and the Theatre date – Bella, Jacob, and Mike). And now David Slade is doing the same thing. Awesome!
